9005 Modera Morrison9005 Modera MorrisonIn mid-June 2021, the Conco Companies began full concrete services on the Modera Morrison project in Portland, a 36,000 SF footprint with two levels of below-grade parking and four elevated decks totaling nearly 120,000 SF. It will be a mixed-use apartment community between the Morrison and Belmont neighborhoods, providing studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with private balconies.

Modera Morrison is designed by SERA and developed by Mill Creek Residential Trust, with KPFF as the structural engineer and Conco as the concrete services provider. Conco was selected for our expertise and exceptional turnkey concrete services and for being one of the top commercial concrete contractors in Portland. We previously worked with the Mill Creek team to finish the Modera Akoya project on time and under budget, and look forward to completing our next collaboration in Mid-December 2021.

From June 2019 to November 2019, The Conco Companies helped build the Vancouver Center, a 26,500 SF mixed-use apartment complex in downtown Vancouver. The complex is LEED certified and was developed by the Holland Partner Group. We provided structural concrete services including concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, construction trucking, and shotcrete.

The Vancouver Center is a retrofit podium-type structure that’s a continuation of an existing elevated-deck parking structure. Conco was tasked with adding another elevated deck and retrofitting the existing deck. Additionally, Conco was tasked with keeping the parking structure open for use during construction.

Conco is proud to have aided the development of the quickly growing Vancouver downtown community.

In late November 2020, The Conco Companies began providing concrete services for the construction of the EBS Building, a high-end residential living space in Portland, OR. Conco was selected for our expertise in delivering exceptional concrete services and navigating jobsites with limited space. We will provide a range of services, including pumping, reinforcement, formwork, placement, and detailing.

The EBS Building consists of a 12,500 SF footprint, with one level of below-grade parking, a back-of-house working area, and four elevated decks. The project’s total size is 55,000 SF with concrete slabs and slab-on grade. When completed in early June 2021, this will expand an established community in the heart of one of Portland’s busiest districts.
