Conco partnered with Devcon Construction on the next phase of Midway Village in Daly City, delivering 113 new affordable apartment homes and completing a 555-unit affordable housing community. This phase includes two new building footprints, integrated childcare spaces, and enhanced architectural elements designed to support families and strengthen the neighborhood.
