The Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 project is a mixed use development that will include office, retail and hotel spaces. This 11 story building includes a 5 level parking garage, retail at Level 1, and 5 stories of office above.

The Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 is a turn-key project for Conco. We are providing reinforcing, formworks, concrete pumping and place and finish work, as well as shotcrete. For this project Conco will pour 711,390 sq. feet of deck.
