The Adams Court project in Menlo Park is designed as a Life Science building. It features a five-story steel-framed structure alongside an adjacent three-story concrete parking facility, which includes one level of underground parking. The Conco Companies completed the core and shell construction of the building in preparation for future tenants.
Located at 2200 John Muir Parkway in Hercules, CA, is the Hercules Block Q&R project. This project will be home to 232 new apartment units and over 300 available parking spaces. Additionally, residential space will be surrounded by two fully landscaped courtyards to both the north and south.
The Conco Companies anticipates placing over 13,400 cubic yards of concrete, in addition to shotcrete and Confoam. Conco will also be responsible for providing 3,000,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.
Serra Apartments, located at 4200 Osgood Road in Fremont, CA, is an attractive six-story podium-style multifamily residence featuring 179 units, contributing to the availability of more affordable housing in the area. Conco’s scope of work includes the creation of two elevated concrete decks, the fabrication and installation of rebar, comprehensive formwork, the placement, finishing and application of shotcrete.
Elco Yards Building E includes 2 levels of subterranean parking and two separate low-rise towers with 4 levels of office and life science space. The concrete structure includes a mat foundation, basement walls, shear walls, columns, and mild reinforced slabs. The project features Architectural board form walls and columns on the north tower.
A new two-story mixed-use building that will feature 37 luxury condominium units, commercial retail space on the first floor (street level) and a subterranean garage with 79 parking spaces. Structure consists of footings, slab on grade, columns, shotcrete walls, and elevated podium slab.
