The concrete structure includes a mat foundation, basement walls, shear walls, columns, and mild reinforced slabs. The project features Architectural board form walls and columns on the north tower.
A new two-story mixed-use building that will feature 37 luxury condominium units, commercial retail space on the first floor (street level) and a subterranean garage with 79 parking spaces. Structure consists of footings, slab on grade, columns, shotcrete walls, and elevated podium slab.
