The structure will rise as a five-story garage wrapped by a five-story residential community, adding 222 new homes with rare views overlooking the Bair Island State Marine Park and our great San Francisco Bay. With active surroundings, and a complex layout, every pour and placement demands tight coordination and technical focus.

Conco is proud to be part of the One Meadow Glen residential project located in downtown Millbrae, providing structural concrete services for this highly desirable community on the San Francisco Peninsula. This project highlights our team’s ability to successfully deliver large-scale, fast-paced builds while overcoming complex logistical challenges.

The 2400 Willow Pass project will feature a new complex of affordable apartments, consisting of five levels of wood-framed stories housing 181 living units, complemented by three levels of concrete floors below. These lower levels will include leasing and resource offices, amenity spaces, laundry facilities, and a parking garage. Conco’s scope of work encompasses a comprehensive turnkey package, which includes formwork, concrete pumping, placement and finishing, reinforcing, and shotcrete application. Located in the hometown of The Conco Companies, this apartment structure will offer accessible affordable housing within walking distance to Downtown, along with convenient access to public transportation, including BART and bus services.

The Adams Court project in Menlo Park is designed as a Life Science building. It features a five-story steel-framed structure alongside an adjacent three-story concrete parking facility, which includes one level of underground parking. The Conco Companies completed the core and shell construction of the building in preparation for future tenants.
